Upgrade rails to 7.2.2 so that we can proceed with the rails 8 upgrade

This PR adds inbox filtering to the conversation traffic heatmap,
allowing users to analyze patterns for specific inboxes. Additionally,
it also adds a new resolution count heatmap that shows when support
teams are most active in resolving conversations, using a green color to
distinguish it from the blue conversation heatmap.
The PR also reorganizes heatmap components into a cleaner structure with
a shared `BaseHeatmapContainer` that handles common functionality like
date range selection, inbox filtering, and data fetching. This makes it
easy to add new heatmap metrics in the future - just create a wrapper
component specifying the metric type and color scheme.

Unrelated change, the data seeder conversation resolution would not work
correctly, we've fixed it.

Introduce custom roles in account seed data to support testing of
realistic role-based access scenarios. Includes six distinct roles with
varied permission sets and assigns them to multiple users for
comprehensive test coverage.

Since the previous imlpmentation didn't do a case-insentive search, a new user would be created, and the error would be raised at the DB layer. With the new changes, this test case is redundant
* refactor: use from_email
- The message sender was incorrect. Incoming messages were created under the contact's name, and outgoing messages were created under the user's name instead of the reverse.
- The seed user's email address was incorrect in the message data.
- The Sendmail configuration overrode the Letter Opener config which made it difficult to test the email.
- This PR also fixes an ESLint lint issue on develop.
