This PR includes, block inline images in message signatures and prevent
auto signature insertion when editor is disabled.
- Strip inline base64 images from signature on save and show warning
message
- Add `INLINE_IMAGE_WARNING` translation key for signature inline image
removal notification
- Add disabled check to `addSignature()` to prevent signature insertion
when editor is disabled
- Add `isEditorDisabled` checks to signature toggle logic in
`toggleSignatureForDraft()`, `replaceText()`, and `clearMessage()`
- Remove unused `replaceText` from the codebase, which belongs to old
`textarea` editor

## Description
This PR includes,
1. **Channel-specific formatting and menu options** for the rich reply
editor.
2. **Removal of the plain reply editor** and full **standardization** on
the rich reply editor across all channels.
3. **Fix for multiple canned responses insertion:**
* **Before:** The plain editor only allowed inserting canned responses
at the beginning of a message, making it impossible to combine multiple
canned responses in a single reply. This caused inconsistent behavior
across the app.
* **Solution:** Replaced the plain reply editor with the rich
(ProseMirror) editor to ensure a unified experience. Agents can now
insert multiple canned responses at any cursor position.
4. **Floating editor menu** for the reply box to improve accessibility
and overall user experience.
5. **New Strikethrough formatting option** added to the editor menu.

These fixes are all auto generated and can be merged directly
Fixes the following issues
1. Event used on components should be hypenated
2. Attribute orders in components
3. Use `unmounted` instead of `destroyed`
4. Add explicit `emits` declarations for components, autofixed [using

We ignore the top level v-if for now, we will fix it later
This PR has the following changes
1. Fix tab styles issue caused by adding an additional wrapper for
getting an element ref on `ChatTypeTabs.vue`
2. Refactor `useKeyboardEvents` composable to not require an element
ref. It will use a local abort controller to abort any listener

## Description
This PR will fix an error `TypeError cannot read properties of undefined
(reading '$el')` with the keyboard shortcut `Alt+KeyA` for triggering
the file picker.
**Issue**
I couldn't able reproduce this issue. It might be because `$children`
was unavailable at the time of access.
**Solution**
Previously, it relied on `$children`. Now, it uses the more reliable
`querySelector` method to find the target element.
