feat: integrate new bubbles (#10550)

To test this, set the `useNextBubble` value to `true` in the
localstorage. Here's a quick command to run in the console

```js
localStorage.setItem('useNextBubble', true)
```

```js
localStorage.setItem('useNextBubble', false)
```
