chore: Configure iOS universal linking (#10651)

- Moved `apple-app-site-association` to
`.well-known/apple-app-site-association`
https://docs.expo.dev/linking/ios-universal-links/#create-aasa-file
- Updated the paths pattern to accept conversation links only.
