fix: add scrollbar to search bar dropdown (#12362)

## Description
Fixes a UI bug in the search bar dropdown where long lists were not
scrollable after the latest update.
Adds a `max-height` to the `<ul>` element and enables vertical
scrolling.

- Verified scrolling works for long search results.
